🌴 PROPERTY UPDATE | FEELING BLESSED & THANKFUL! 🙏🏼❤️

First, THANK YOU! ❤️ For all the calls, texts, messages, and check-ins. It means so much to know so many of you are thinking about us and our little slice of paradise! 🌴

To say the last 24 hours have been stressful is an understatement. 😳🤦🏻‍♀️ Mother Nature sure knows how to keep you on your toes! Mike and I have been holding our breath, waiting to see what we would find.

GOOD NEWS, FRIENDS… WE DODGED A BULLET! 🙏🏼❤️

Here’s the latest on our properties following the storm:

🌊 MAINSAIL CONDOS
The HOA manager has been on-site and reports no major damage—just the usual storm cleanup. Our condos have been inspected, and they are all in great shape! 🙌🏼❤️
🔌 No power or internet yet.

🏖️ MAJESTIC SUN CONDOS
The A building is still without power or internet. The HOA manager reported some fencing damage, a couple of broken skylights in the indoor pool area, broken glass lobby doors, and cleanup needs.

🌴 BLUE MOUNTAIN BEACH CONDOS
Thankfully, everything appears to have come through remarkably well! 🙏🏼❤️ Only very minor damage has been reported to a few beach stairs, along with some debris and fencing issues.
⚡ Power has been restored, but internet is still out.

🚧 A LITTLE PATIENCE IS STILL NEEDED!
There are reports of road issues, downed trees, flooding, and debris throughout the area. Cleanup and further assessments are ongoing, and we’re still waiting for some services to return.

❤️ Our hearts are FULL of gratitude. We know others may not have been as fortunate, and we certainly don't take this good news for granted.

Now, if we could just get the power and internet back, we'd be doing a happy dance! 💃🏻🕺🏻 Until then, we're thankful for the little things… and thankful that our condos are safe!

Thank you again for checking on us, and keeping our little beach family in your thoughts and prayers. We appreciate every single one of you! ❤️🙏🏼
