You will love the generous open floor plan that connects the main living, dining, and kitchen areas and allows natural light to fill this space. Enjoy your morning coffee, a delicious meal or drinks with friends on this oversized 400sq.ft. balcony along with another balcony off of the master bedroom. This beautiful property features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and offers a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway for your group. In the primary suite, a king bed and a private en suite bathroom with dual sinks, a shower and separate soaking tub await. Guests can choose from two additional guest rooms, each offering the perfect retreat after a day at the beach. The second bedroom offers  king bedding and a private en suite bathroom—with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom offers a bunk area featuring a full bed over a queen along with a twin bed. The hall bath has a shower/tub combo.

Just steps away from your condo is the sparkling emerald waters and the glistening sugar white sandy beach that 30A is known for. When you are ready to kick back and relax...exit your beach home, take the elevator to floor 1, make a left, open the glass doors and there you will find paradise. Talk about convenience!

Guests can also enjoy the gulf-front pool and hot tub along with a fitness room, bbq area and underground parking.  Excellent dining and shopping is available along 30A and in our unique and quaint coastal communities.. The perfect location for a sand-sational beach vacation.

Our family lives in New Orleans and we own condominiums in the Blue Mountain Beach and Destin/Miramar Beach area. New beginnings and a new venture began for us in 2019!
